Welcome Baby Cole!!

Livonia, MI-- Newborn session

Congratulations to Jeff, Kristi, and MJ on the new addition to the family!! Following in big brother's footsteps, this little guy was awake most of the time and wanted to join the party! He was very calm and very sweet.

What a beautiful family. So happy for my cousin, Jeffy.  The happy parents also celebrated their 3rd anniversary this week, so it was nice timing for some photo love.

Speaking of timing, I finally got to hold Cole at the end of our session, and that is when he softly went to sleep! Of course. So, I did what any photographer would do-- I stole him back and went back to shooting. I could have kept taking photos of Baby Cole all afternoon... Stay tuned. We are doing a family session in the fall. Whoo-hoo!

The Miller Family- Canton, MI

Canton, MI This was one hot July in Michigan! Rick, Alicia, and little Sydney were so great and very natural.  This session was a special treat for me because I got to see my old friend and softball teammate, Alicia, again! We shared many 12 hour car rides on the way to tournaments.

I was super excited to meet Sydney for the first time. Her 2nd birthday is coming up in August, so it was a great time to take these photos!! She is one fast cookie, by the way. What a cutie pa-tootie. I just tried to keep up with her mostly. Rick is pretty fast too, by the way! I guess you'd have to be! It was really cute to see him chasing after her and carrying her little pink shoes.

The Lohrer Family

Orleans, MI

This was a fun little afternoon following the Lohrer family around. I am so glad they moved to my side of the state! Rachelle and I went to school together and played volleyball back in the day when we were young and agile. Nowadays, we are more into wine.

Lex and Kaitlynn were great little models!! They are always so happy and I love getting to hang out with them.

Thank you to Nate and Rachelle, for all the dinners, wine, sushi nights, euchre nights, and moving overstuffed furniture up three flights of stairs for me.
